The Senior Administrator will deal with all aspects of statutory administration for multi-jurisdictional trust and companies.

Key Responsibilities:
All aspects of statutory administration, from company incorporation through to liquidation.
Preparation of minutes, resolutions and other statutory administration documentation.
Ensuring that filings are made by the required deadlines.
Maintaining company records, including due diligence.
Administration support to members of the Statutory and Administration teams, as needed.

Skills and Experience:
A number of years experience within Statutory or Company Administration.
Strong understanding of statutory forms and filing requirements for multi-jurisdictional companies.
Some experience of trust administration would be an advantage.
Good communication and organisational skills.

Job Purpose:
The Junior Trust & Company Administrator will assist the client administration team in providing accurate and efficient administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the team in administrative tasks, such as preparation of payments and minutes.
Building professional working relationships with intermediaries, clients and colleagues.
Working to in-house policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Skills and Experience:
A minimum of around 1 years experience in Fiduciary Services Administration.
Ideally, some understanding of statutory forms and filing requirements.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Either working towards or interested in commencing study of a relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP or ICSA.

Temporary Archiving Administrator require for 6 month contract to work with leading Trust & Corporate Service provider to assist with Archiving Project.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the organisation of an archiving project.
Lifting boxes and organising documentation.
Liaising with colleagues and third party contractors throughout the project.

Skills & Experience:
Prior office experience would be advantageous.
Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Trust & Company Administrator will have responsibility for the day-to-day administration for a broad portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration of a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures.
Delivering exceptional levels of service through the development and maintenance of professional working relationships with intermediaries, clients and colleagues.
Ensuring service standards and in-house policies and procedures, are adhered to.
Supporting a Client manager in the effective management and control of WIP, debtors etc.

Skills and Experience:
3-5 years experience within Trust & Corporate Services Administration.
Excellent communication skills and a disciplined and organised approach.
A good understanding of trust and corporate services, IOM and UK tax implications, corporate governance and other relevant legislation.
Potentially holds or working towards STEP or ICSA, although applications from individuals who are qualified by experience, are also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:
Office scanning, filing and administration for multiple partners.
Reception duties (meet and greet & switchboard cover).

Suitable for a recent GCSE school leaver, a minimum of 5 GCSE's are required at C and above and must include English and Maths.

Job Purpose:

Providing VAT solutions, covering transactional and VAT planning advice.



Key Responsibilities:

VAT planning; providing reassurance to clients that their VAT treatment for businesses in yachting, aviation, property, gaming or financial services sectors, is being effectively managed.

Trust Administrator required to join leading Douglas based life assurance organisation on a part time basis (20 hours per week) to join our clients Trust Administration team.



Key Responsibilities:

Completing periodic trust reviews accurately within service standard.



Respond to and process client amendments to trust and beneficiary information.



Deliver effective customers service to clients.



Skills and Experience:

Previous office experience is preferred.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for CDD Officers to work as part of a team, completing reviews for clients, ensuring that regulatory obligations are met in relation to client due diligence.



Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess information and documentation and source appropriate due diligence records as and when necessary.



Assist with the monitoring and management of any outstanding issues identified and be responsible for the remediation of such with the client facing teams.



Skills and Experience:

Strong verbal and written communication skills which are critical to the position.



Self-motivated and focussed on exceeding targets and goals and will have the ability to articulate any outstanding matters or management reporting to the client teams and their manager.



Experience of working with the requirements of the Isle of Man's AML&CFT Handbook would be an advantage.
