Manual handling: able to perform the manual handling requirements of the role.
Ability to move around equipment and within the plant through a shift period.

Job Purpose:
A Senior Operations Supervisor is sought by an industrial design and manufacturing business. Joining in a permanent capacity, the successful applicant will develop and lead multiple departments to achieve plant and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage shift operations of multiple departments.
Develop, evaluate, and improve the key performance indicators for plant operations.
Manage available resources and lead associates to perform all tasks in the most cost effective manner while ensuring quality product is processed.
Plan and prioritise daily job assignments.
Lead recruitment activity for the department.
Address and resolve daily personnel issues or conflicts.
Resolve product, process, and equipment issues.
Lead department lean daily management activity/improvements.
Plan future department incentives.
Manage 10-25 direct reports, and up to 50 total staff.

Skills & Experience:
Proven and demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential.
Strong leadership and technical ability.
Experience in (but not limited to) conflict management, developing others, service orientation, transparency, and organisational awareness.

Job Purpose:
Manufacturing Engineering Technician required to develop, implement and maintain cost effective manufacturing solutions for a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare manufacturing documentation (Programs, tooling layouts etc.) required for product manufacture in a timely manner.

Job Purpose:
An experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Officer is sought by a leading manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis. The EHS Officer is considered a subject matter expert in multiple core discipline areas, providing technical leadership and developmental guidance to facilities and operational areas with a high safety/environmental impact potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with service group leadership in planning, executing, and tracking environmental and safety initiatives.
Mentor and help develop environmental and safety awareness throughout the site and assume a lead role in advancing safety culture.
Ensure facility waste streams are properly managed, stored, and disposed of.
Complete the compliance schedule for the site.
Conduct and coordinate industrial hygiene testing as required.
Conduct hazard assessments and identify appropriate protective equipment.
Assist in preparation and conducting of internal/external audits.
Conduct workplace incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Skills & Experience:
Degree in environmental sciences, occupational safety and health, engineering, or other applicable field plus appropriate continuous training.
Previous experience in a professional position relation to environment, health, and safety is essential.
Demonstrated experience in managing environmental compliance (emphasis on hazardous wastes, process wastewater, and air releases.
Ability to handle complex problems and multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced problem solving and decision making abilities.
Strong computer and typical office software skills.

Hours & Benefits:
38 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-13:00); Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience; Company benefits package.

Job Purpose:
A Maintenance Housekeeper (Level 2) is sought by an industrial design & manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis. The role holder will independently perform general cleaning and maintenance upkeep for the site.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate housekeeping equipment to include but not limited to forklift, compactor, floor scrubber.
Operate other PIE (Powered Industrial Equipment).
Recognise building support problems and escalate wherever necessary.
Use and follow company general housekeeping and safety practices and policies.
Support with restocking supplies.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
Forklift licence; Gas safety training; Safety awareness training; Food & hygiene in the workplace; Manual handling training all preferred.
Able to lift safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
Life, push, or carry weight no more than 35lbs.
Capable of being on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
Capability to squat, bend, and reach.

Hours & Benefits:
Night shifts only - Monday to Thursday, 21:00 - 07:00. Market rate salary; full company benefits package.
