Job Purpose:
Marketing Assistant required for a Private Wealth organisation based in Douglas to assist the team in producing literature, website updates, internal communications, and promotional items.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as administrator and co-ordinator for weekly updates to website.
Liaise with internal departments (including Jersey and Guernsey Trust companies), agencies and other 3rd party suppliers (where applicable) in relation to new requirements and amendments to stationery and product literature obtaining appropriate sign-off in accordance with procedures.
Update client documentation using InDesign, following CI guidelines, as required.
Liaise with CSC to ensure that literature stock is kept up to date and regional offices have sufficient supply of printed literature
Review and update all website and directory listings for NPW on an annual basis.
Assist with corporate events throughout the organisation, including providing e-invitations, branding, handouts etc. Maintain the departmental event log.
Order business cards and manage stationery artwork updates, liaising with agency and print house as required.

Skills & Experience:
Ideally working towards professional qualification such as the CIM Professional Certificate or similar would be an advantage.
At least a year's experience in a similar role.
Good level of analytical and problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
High level of organisational and prioritisation skills.

Job Purpose:
Marketing Coordinator required in a permanent capacity within a financial services organisation, reporting to the Digital Marketing & Data Manager, you will provide marketing and design services to external customers and companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring and updating the Monthly content calendar.
Chase content for the monthly content calendar from staff and proof reading the content.
Update and maintain/manage the 2018 Print Calendar.
Managing turn-around times and content based on the dates specified in the print calendar tracker.
Maintaining and monitoring the Reporting document tracker reporting spreadsheet
HIF and SRUF Factsheets to be updated monthly , chasing data for factsheets and ensuring that data is delivered to Marketing provider in a single and document/excel spreadsheet.

Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years experience working in the broader financial services industry.
Previous experience of working as part of a team.
Experience in meeting tight project deadlines.
The ability to produce and write proofing documentation.
Full clean driving licence is essential.

Job Purpose:
An experienced Marketing specialist, potentially who is also a Marketing or Business Graduate, is required to join a professional services firm for an autonomous strategic and administrative Marketing and Business Development role.

Key Responsibilities:
Playing a central role in the marketing and business development team, with a mix of strategic and administrative functions.
Working closely with local Directors of the business, within the organisation's overall Business Development (BD) and marketing strategy.
Building and reinforcing the brand.
Developing, implementing and monitoring BD initiatives.
Researching and analyse information for target markets & supporting the launch and promotion of new products/markets.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working in a marketing / business development team for a professional services firm.
Ideally a Marketing or Business graduate, potentially also the holder of a professional marketing qualification, but this is not essential.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Able to work both independently as well as part of a wider team.
