A Receptionist is required on a permanent basis to act as an initial point of contact for a Chartered Accountancy practice based in Douglas.
Initial point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
Handle incoming calls and managing the switchboard.
Daily postal duties.
Order office supplies where necessary.
Receive incoming deliveries.
Daily diary management.
Various administration tasks.
May be required to undertake client visits.
Skills & Experience:
5 GCSEs above C including English & Mathematics.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience within a similar role in customer service would be advantageous, although not essential.
Hours & Benefits:
Full Time permanent hours - 9am to 5.15pm.
