Job Purpose:
ICSA qualified Senior Company Secretarial Administrator, with around 5 years previous experience within a similar role, is sought by an established Trust Company. The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to different group companys, specialising in all aspects of statutory and company secretarial work.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the take on of new clients, arranging for new company's to be incorporated.
Carrying out statutory work for companies registered in the IOM, UK, BVI & Cayman, with work including incorporations, share allotments and transfers.
Ensuring the timely submission of statutory filings, including annual returns and special resolutions.
Supporting the running of boards and board committees activities, helping to set agendas, preparing papers and advising on board procedures.

Skills & Experience:
ICSA qualified (or similar) with extensive experience c5 years+ in a similar role within Corporate Services.
Strong organisational and communication skills, used to working accurately at pace and meeting regular deadlines.

Job Purpose:
Experienced fiduciary services administrator, either already professionally qualified or currently studying, is sought for an additional role in the team of a leading International Fiduciary Services business. The role holder will ensure that the new business process supports the organisation's business development activities, by providing an outstanding level of client service across International jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing new business enquiries, drafting proposals and managing the new business pipeline.
Liaising with colleagues regarding new business enquiries and assisting with completion of client acceptance packs.
Ensuring receipt of KYC documentation and compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records at every stage of the process, from initial enquiry.
Attending client meetings, industry shows and conferences, as required.

Skills & Experience:
2+ years fiduciary services experience, ideally in a similar role.
Professionally qualified (STEP/ICSA), or working towards completion of this.
Strong communication and organisational skills, experienced in providing excellent customer service.
Professional and positive approach, able to work both independently as well as part of a team.

Job Purpose:
Senior Trust & Company Administrator, either studying towards or having completed ICSA / STEP and with around 5 years experience in a similar role in Fiduciary Services, is sought to manage a complex portfolio of client entities, as part of a growing team of a Trust & Corporate Service Provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a complex portfolio of trusts and companies, in accordance with regulations and procedures.
Ensuring that filing requirements are met and trustee responsibilities are complied with
Liaison with clients and intermediaries, building strong working relationships and aiding further business growth.
Ensuring compliance and carrying out annual reviews.

Skills & Experience:
c5 years experience within Trust and Company Administration.
Qualified or studying towards completion of STEP or ICSA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experienced in developing positive working relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice.

Hours & Benefits:
9am - 5pm plus company benefits.

Job Purpose:
Experienced Senior Company & Trust Administrator, required by an established CSP, to manage the varied administration requirements for a portfolio of client entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Ensuring paperwork formalities are completed and company/ trust filings are up to date.
Preparing minutes, agreements and deeds.
Liaison and correspondence with clients and intermediaries.
Ensuring the review of tax compliance, risk reviews and annual reviews for client entities.
Managing time recording and client billing.

Skills & Experience:
Around 5 years experience within Trust and Company Administration.
Experienced in the management of a diverse portfolio of client entities.
Ideally STEP or ICSA qualified, or interested in completing a professional qualification.
