Executive Assistant required to join an expanding Software start up business, currently based in the south of the Island. The role holder will support the CEO in every facet of running the company, responsible for a rich variety of key business activities and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle the flow of daily emails into the CEO's inbox.

Skills & Experience:
Previous EA, PA or office management experience working directly for an entrepreneur would be preferable, however it's not absolutely necessary as drive, energy, ability to learn quickly, and the desire to succeed will be the key in determining the right person.
Recent Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Accounting or bookkeeping experience would be strongly preferred.
Proficient in either Microsoft Office or G Suite (Calendar, Gmail, etc).

An Onboarding Executive is required to join a large Payroll & Contractor Service organisation based in central Douglas, on a permanent basis. The role primarily focuses on converting new applications into actual billers.

Key Responsibilities:
Log all application forms on company system.
Ensure any outstanding documentation for new applications is chased immediately.
Ensure Due Diligence is carried out on all application forms, and ensure certified documents are received when required.
Maintain and update all client files in a timely manner.
Prepare risk assessment packs for the Compliance Department.

Cash Processing Technician required to join an international Life organisation, the role holder will Ensure the smooth processing of money in and money out of the companies bank accounts with a focus on controls to ensure entries are posted accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner without exposing the company to financial loss and answering any related queries.

Ensuring ASL and timelines within International Finance Operations are met.

3rd Party Reconciliation Administrator required to join an International Life Assurance Company, to be responsible for the efficient front office client new business and servicing duties for 3rd party relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Application Processing (will include vetting of Applicants).
Processing Client instructions, including handling Premiums, Withdrawals, Surrenders and general servicing duties.
Dealing with queries and requests from third party providers.
Contribute towards the production and improvement of processes within a newly structured and the development of new relationships commence.

Skills and Experience:
Requires 2 - 3 years financial services experience, ideally Life Assurance within New Business and/or Servicing Administration.

The primary responsibility of the role is to input data on to the new company database in order to assist with generation of sales and new business and build relationships with new, existing and potential clients.

Job Purpose:
Investment Administrator required to join an International Life Assurance organisation on an initial 6 month contract basis, to work as part of the Investment Operations team, responsible for trade placement, settlement and servicing of assets on behalf of Portfolio Bond Customers. The role holder will be required to accurately and efficiently support a number of key investment operation activities, contributing to the departments adherence of policy and reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
To support the stock reconciliation process for both Custodian and Fund Manager positions.
Accurately maintain the securities universe with external data vendors and on internal systems.
To perform daily reviews of price movements to ensure asset valuation accuracy.
To process daily new and amended Corporate Action events.
To assist the various Investment functions with allocation of cash payments and receipts as required.
Regular input of asset positions held within Discretionary Fund Manager portfolios, to provide a full look-through of external account holdings.
Handling of investment related queries raised by customers, brokers, stockbrokers, custodian and fund managers.

Skills & Experience:
Basic understanding of Investments.
Fully competent with Microsoft packages and experience using Rhymesight preferable.
Bloomberg and Citibank knowledge advantageous.
