Qualified and experienced Insurance and Financial Risk Manager to join a leading International Life Assurance Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Continuous development and maintenance of the Group's ERM framework, standards, practices and policies relating to risk governance.
Development and implementation of processes to assess and monitor the effectiveness of risk governance and adherence to standards.

Job Purpose:
FATCA & CRS Co-Ordinator required to support the International businesses in complying with Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS).

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitating technical training and delivering where appropriate to share knowledge and support continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:
IT Systems Analyst required to undertake the analysis, testing, support and documentation of software upgrades to the systems of an international life organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Analysis and produce clear documentation including technical specifications and test documentation.

Identify and manage test related issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Corporate Actions Administrator required for an international life company to ensure the timely trade settlement of all investment transactions.



Key Responsibilities:

To assist with the preparation of a corporate action log for referral to Investment Governance.



To help gather the appropriate data to assist with the notification of corporate actions to Policyholders and their advisers and to subsequently assist with the co-ordination of their responses and onward instruction to the market.



To correctly input Corporate Actions (all associated investment transactions) to the Investment Administration System within agreed time scales ensuring that Policyholder's records are correct at all times by adhering to the agreed checking procedures.
