Account Onboarding Advisor, Contract, Isle of Man
Account Onboarding Advisor required to join an International Bank on an initial contract basis. The role holder will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new customers who are looking to take out a specific product/ service with the business.
Acting as the first point of contact via telephone for all onboarding queries.
Responsible for dealing with a wide range of service requests from customers worldwide.
Undertaking the on boarding process for new customers.
Troubleshooting and resolving any queries/ issues that occur during the onboarding process.
The role holder will be a main point of contact within the onboarding teams and will be responsible for completing onboarding and KYC Remediation Risk Acceptance, Complex Queries, Client Contact and Quality assurance checks.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role is essential.
Previous administrative experience is essential.
Extensive KYC/ CDD/ AML knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5 GCSE grades A*-C including Maths and English.
Hours & Benefits:
Structured working pattern- core business hours, based in central Douglas, salary dependent on experience, flexible working pattern may be considered.
