Administrator - Investments Standing Data

Job Purpose:

Investments Standing Data Administrator required for an international life organisation. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining standing data within the Bancs system and assuring the quality of the data within it.



Key Responsibilities:

Undertake all activities to progress the customer service requests in accordance with local procedures and guidelines as qualified to do so through the skills matrix.



Continuous evaluation and enhancement of fund range including closing, changing and setting up new funds and dealing with/advising on commercial implications of fund events such as suspensions



Liaising with appropriate internal technical authorities and suppliers to resolve queries.



Provide and update performance information as required.



Checking own work to ensure that it complies with local standards.



Participating in Continuous Improvement activities to improve the timeliness, quality or cost of delivering services.



Skills and Experience:

1-2 years office experience , preferably in financial services.



5 GCSEs Grade C or above to include Maths and English and/or NVQ Level 1 - or equivalent.



Good attention to detail.



Good communication and interpersonal skills.



PC literate, in particular MS Office Products, especially Excel.
