Assistant Manager - Technical Bank

Job Purpose:

Assistant Manager - Technical Banking required to join an established International Bank. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the day to day management of the Bank's credit book through effective administration, ensuring the achievement of high standards of accuracy, efficiency and service at all times, in line with procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal with any credit related enquiries from internal and external customers both existing and potential.

Prepare, check and issue facility documentation to clients.

Ensure all conditions precedent of the loan facility have been complied before facility drawdown.

Ensure that all lending reviews and renewals are completed accurately, in timely manner.

Process any requested changes in security held by the Bank (e.g. withdrawals from life policies held as loan security).

Identify future opportunities for product development or changes in policy, processes and procedures to better meet our clients.

Preparation and/or review of credit applications received from various distribution channels.

Skills and Experience:

2-5 years experience in a similar banking/financial organisation in a credit role Extensive knowledge and understanding of lending/credit processes.

Hours & Benefits:

9am - 5.30pm, competitive benefits package.
