Client Services Analyst

Job Purpose:
Client Services Analyst required for a payroll group, the role will involve a high level of customer liaison, both by telephone and by email and will also involve financial administrative responsibilities in relation to client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for clients with queries in relation to their limited companies.
Responsible for on-boarding of new clients including ensuring that all necessary KYC documentation is received.
Taking ownership of a query from beginning to end to fulfil client expectation.
Working as part of a team to ensure that any statutory and regulatory deadlines are met.
Processing client applications.
Application for Company names.
Limited Company Set-up including registration of Company with HMRC for taxation purposes.

Skills and Experience:
Previous experience of working within a customer facing environment, preferably within a financial institution.
Quick and efficient data entry skills.
The ability to communicate clearly and effective both by telephone and by email or letter.
An ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
