Company Secretary

Job Purpose:

Company Secretary required to join an expanding Financial Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the Company Secretary for all board and general meetings so that they are efficiently managed.

Ensuring that all Directors requirements, Company standards and corporate governance practice are met and meet the required legal and best practice criteria.

Skills and Experience:

Qualified Company Secretary.

Approximately 10 years experience within financial services dealing with IOM and UK companies.

Applicant must be accustomed to working at Board level.
