Customer Service Administrator

Job Purpose:
Customer Service Professionals required to join a leading Life Assurance Organisation, who are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities both temporary and permanent for their fast paced and varied operations and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing a variety of administrative requirements based on the departmental needs.
Delivering exceptional customer service to a range of clients and brokers.
Ability to follow instructions and work to strict regulatory requirements with accuracy.

Skills & Experience:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in financial services or an office environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills,
5 GCSE's A-C to include English & Maths or equivalent.
