Finance Analyst required to join an International Life Assurance Company
The role holder will support the development and implementation of a robust internal financial reporting controls framework within the Financial Reporting team.
Manage and prepare the data that supports the production of financial reporting.
Support Finance Risk and Controls Manager in implementation of SOX style Financial Reporting controls framework.
Provide guidance to Control Owners and Process Owners on methodology and ensure compliance, escalating issues as appropriate.
Manage the delivery of remediation plans, escalating issues as appropriate.
Skills and Experience:
Part qualified accountant.
Experienced within a financial reporting environment, with ability to handle large volumes of data.
5 years min experience working within Financial Services industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly competent in the use of Databases and Microsoft Office Excel.
Experience of building and maintaining positive working relationships.
