Office Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man
An experienced Office Administrator is sought on a permanent basis by a Douglas-based Trust & Corporate Services organisation to provide a full range of administrative support for company and trust administration.
Full upkeep of corporate records for all companies and trusts.
Preparation of minutes, resolutions and other statutory documents.
Processing online banking payments.
Managing and maintaining company secretarial software.
Further general office administrative duties, in keeping with a small office.
Skills & Experience:
3 years previous experience within office administration, ideally within the Trust/CSP industry.
Experience in using DPN or similar company secretarial software is desirable.
Bookkeeping knowledge would be beneficial.
A strong work ethic, with the ability to organise and manage your own workload.
Hours & Benefits:
Full-time core business hours, although reduced hours will be considered.
Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience.
