Investment Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Experienced Administrator required to join the Investment Services Team of an established Wealth Management Organisation. The role holder will be responsible for processing client and financial adviser payments, charges and fees. This role also includes daily and monthly bank reconciliation, with the addition of occasional cover for the Investment Dealing Team.

Key Responsibilities:
To monitor and apply client money to the platform in accordance with rules & regulations.
Administer the payment of fees to financial advisers and withdrawals for clients.
Ensure all foreign exchanges are input to the system in a timely & accurate manner.
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations and helping to resolve identified reconciliation breaks.
Ensure the timely and accurate calculation and payment of fees for both clients and financial adviser's.
Process dealing commission for trades executed on the platform.
Provide investment dealing cover, as and when required.

Skills & Experience:
Ability to manage a number of tasks and prioritise accordingly.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft, on-line banking and securities and reconciliation systems.
Thoroughness and attention to detail.
A flexible attitude, ability to work to deadlines and have strong oral & written communication skills.
