Investment Control Team Leader

Job Purpose:
An Investment Control Team Leader is required to join the Business Support Team of a leading Life Assurance company, to ensure the team perform to time and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve queries from advisers, customers and regional offices.
Undertake checks and audits to ensure team are undertaking tasks consistently in accordance with procedure, providing training on areas for improvement where necessary.
Undertake performance and quality Management Information for the team.
Assigning tasks and setting priorities.

Skills & Experience:
5 GCSEs Grade C or above.
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Previous Team Leader experience.
Previous Investment Administration experience within Financial Services is preferred.
