Experienced IT Support Analyst required to join a global wealth management firm to provide local support of office workstations, laptops, and other office based systems, working in conjunction with the wider IT team across Europe. Reporting locally to the European ICT Manager based on the island.
Provide local support for al systems to users across the Isle of Man and Europe working as part of the wider European IT function.
Protect the integrity of the ICT systems.
Ensure data security is maintained.
Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved/escalated within agreed SLA's.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role within financial services.
Strong technical competency with Microsoft Office applications and technologies.
Technical competency with supporting Citrix based users.
Cisco VOIP telephone PBX moves/changes.
Service desk support.
