Junior Trust & Company Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Junior Trust & Company Administrator will assist the client administration team in providing accurate and efficient administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the team in administrative tasks, such as preparation of payments and minutes.
Building professional working relationships with intermediaries, clients and colleagues.
Working to in-house policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Skills and Experience:
A minimum of around 1 years experience in Fiduciary Services Administration.
Ideally, some understanding of statutory forms and filing requirements.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Either working towards or interested in commencing study of a relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP or ICSA.
