Office Administrator

Job Purpose:
Office Administrator required to join an Accountancy practice based in Douglas.

Key Responsibilities:
Office scanning, filing and administration for multiple partners.
Reception duties (meet and greet & switchboard cover).
Office archiving systems.

Skills & Experience:
Suitable for a recent GCSE school leaver, a minimum of 5 GCSE's are required at C and above and must include English and Maths.
Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.

Hours & Benefits:
Business hours, full training will be provided.
