Private Client Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man
A Private Client Administrator is required to join the Data Management team of an international Corporate Services Provider on a permanent basis. The role holder will provide full support in the processing and maintenance of client document records for all Private Client entities.
Open, segregate, and actively distribute all incoming mail.
Scan, index, and quality control all external and internal banking documents.
Manage and maintain records in off-site storage.
Process all electronic client documents, and file hard copy documents to client files.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar records management position is desirable.
Good awareness of data protection regulations.
Experience of Jobstream, Laserfische, and Quick Fields/Workflows would be advantageous.
Excellent computer skills, with good knowledge of MS Office products.
Strong organisation skills and a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours, based on a 37.5 hour working week, from 08:30 - 17:00; market-rate salary and full company benefits package.
