Quality Manager

Job Purpose:

Quality Manager required to join leading engineering organisation to provide direction for all Quality Control activities by building effective working relationships, standardisation of quality system processes, development and execution of plans for continuous improvement and provide opportunities for personal and professional development of associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop skills of supervisors, and inspectors in the areas of leadership, customer support, problem solving etc.

Assist with strategic planning for the group, establishes objectives, and define and prioritise key projects to support the plan.

Ensure that corporate quality systems and procedures are implemented and followed at all sites within group.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes at all levels.

Skills & Experience:

Engineering degree is preferred. Masters level degree or equivalent is encouraged.

5+ years of experience in related field.

ISO9000 awareness.
