Senior Company And Trust Administrator

Job Purpose:
Senior Trust and Company Administrator to join a well established property administration team in a leading Trust & Corporate Service Provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration and relationship management, providing first point of contact to a portfolio of client, primarily involving property based structures.
Supporting the team manager in establishing and maintaining active control over debtor and WIP reporting for clients.
To support and develop existing client relationships with the wider team.
Ensuring service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant financial services environment is essential.
A good understanding of trust and corporate services and practical applications is essential.
Holds or is working towards a relevant qualification is desirable.
A good awareness of IOM and UK tax and an understanding of banking procedures.
Organised individual who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to work well as a team.
