Senior Complaints Advisor
Senior Complaints Advisor required to provide exemplary complaint handling and customer service for a variety of Customers across International Banking. The successful candidate will maintain responsibility to ensure that complaints are resolved to regulatory standards.
Guide, support and motivate the Client Relations Team population to deliver desired risk & control standards within all case investigation & resolution.
Act as the first point of contact for queries using various communication methods, primarily telephone, but also telephone, email, and letter.
Proactively engage with the business when required to provide any business and work with Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk, Quality Assurance, Operations and Front Office on specific initiatives relating to complaints handling.
Skills & Experience:
The right candidate will ideally have experience within the financial services industry.
Demonstrate understanding policies and standards and valuing the importance of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
