Senior HR Business Partner

Job Purpose:

Senior HR Business Partner required to join an expanding fiduciary group.



Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the HR Senior Management team by providing support at a local level (plus further afield if required).



Embedding a strategic approach to human resources management.



Managing human resources and employee relations activities.



Ensuring employment legislation is adhered to primarily on the Isle of Man.



Skills and Experience:

CIPD qualified HR professional.



Full understanding of current employment legislation.



Previous generalist HR management experience and HR business partnering.



Strong employee relations experience.
