Senior On Boarding Officer
Senior On boarding officer required for a banking organisation to provide an accurate and efficient end to end On-boarding experience for new clients.
Perform all activities to successfully Onboard clients within published service levels.
Adopt a customer centric attitude at all times and consider the impact of your actions on the client experience.
Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve any outstanding KYC/DD issues (including any temporary exceptions) to complete on-boarding process, within stipulated timeframes.
Pro-actively liaise with internal and external clients to improve the Right First Time in respect of applications submitted.
Skills & Experience:
Ideally a minimum of 3 years in a similar On-Boarding environment.
Client focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled the ability to deal effectively and professionally with a wide range of internal and external clients.
Experience of client risks essential.
