Senior/Corporate Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Experienced Senior or Corporate Administrator with understanding of corporate and foundation clients, is required to effectively manage a portfolio within a small and growing Fiduciary Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
Administering Companies and Foundations that hold a variety of assets, including residential and commercial property and private yachts.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and intermediaries.
Keeping accurate records and managing invoicing and debtors.
Preparing and filing statutory documents and Formation and Dissolution procedures.
Bookkeeping for client entities.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within Corporate Administration.
Ideally an interest in undertaking or completing professional qualifications.
Positive and enthusiastic approach, used to working as part of a small team and liaising effectively with clients and intermediaries.

Hours & Benefits:
Full time, salary commensurate with experience /qualifications and plus benefits, to include car parking.
