Swedish Customer Service Advisor, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor required for an international life organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers, financial advisers and custodians over the telephone and email and the core part of this role is to help them to resolve their queries.
Build key relationships within the business to enable you to do this, as well as with the customers themselves.
Expected to deliver customer service to the highest standard and provide a personalised and friendly service.

Skills & Experience:
Fluent in Swedish.
Experience in a Customer Service environment from any sector.
Excellent communication and listening skills.

Hours & Benefits:
Monday - Friday, 8.00 to 17.30.
