Technical Support Team Leader
Experienced IT Technical Support Team Leader required to join a Gaming organisation based in Douglas. The role will be to support a team of traders providing and assisting with their IT needs and requirements.
Installing and configuring hardware operating systems and applications.
Maintaining systems and networks.
Dealing with staff or client IT issues.
Providing on site IT support and a range of other IT Support tasks.
Review and improve processes on ongoing basis.
Skills & Experience:
1-2 years' practical experience in an IT role and ideally holding a CCNA/MCP certification.
Able to confidently communicate with staff at all level.
Deliver work within challenging deadlines.
Previous experience of Managing an IT team.
Hours & Benefits:
Hours operate on a shift based rota (up to 10.30pm) which will be spread over 7 days.
