Trust & Company Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Senior Trust & Company Administrator will have responsibility for the day-to-day administration for a broad portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration of a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures.
Delivering exceptional levels of service through the development and maintenance of professional working relationships with intermediaries, clients and colleagues.
Ensuring service standards and in-house policies and procedures, are adhered to.
Supporting a Client manager in the effective management and control of WIP, debtors etc.

Skills and Experience:
3-5 years experience within Trust & Corporate Services Administration.
Excellent communication skills and a disciplined and organised approach.
A good understanding of trust and corporate services, IOM and UK tax implications, corporate governance and other relevant legislation.
Potentially holds or working towards STEP or ICSA, although applications from individuals who are qualified by experience, are also welcomed.
