Trust & Company Administrator

Job Purpose:
Company and Trust Administrator required for an established Wealth Management Company.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of companies and trusts of varying purpose and structure.
Liaise with internal departments and third parties regarding client queries.
Assist with company's statutory administration of in-house and client companies.
Preparation of minutes, invoices, bank applications and other corporate documents.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 GCSE's
1 years experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
