Trust & Company Administrator

Job Purpose:
Company and Trust Administrator required for an established Trust & Corporate Services Provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of a varied portfolio of companies and trusts.
Undertaking company statutory administration of both in-house and client companies
Preparation of minutes, invoices, bank applications and other corporate documents.
Associated liaison with internal departments and eventually, clients and intermediaries as needed.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C & above to include Maths and English.
Around 1 year or more experience in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and communication skills.
Interested in commencing professional studies.
