Company & Trust Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Company & Trust Administrator with over 2 years experience in a similar role, is sought by an established Trust and Corporate Service Provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities, in accordance with legislation and procedures.
Liaison with clients and intermediaries
Ensuring all statutory requirements are undertaken, including filing of annual returns, drafting of minutes and resolutions etc.
Monitoring client cash flow, assisting with invoicing, managing debtors and WIP
Completion of annual compliance reviews.

Skills & Experience:
2+ years experience in Corporate and Trust Administration with a good understanding of Trust & Corporate client entities.
Ideally, interested in completing or undertaking study of a relevant professional qualification.
Positive, enthusiastic approach with strong communication and organisational skills.

Hours & Benefits:
9am - 5pm, competitive salary and benefits package.
