Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can shape policy, manage risk, and optimise information governance? A financial services company is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager - Policy & Risk to support the strategic initiatives of their forward-thinking organisation

The Role

Contribute to the organisation's success by managing critical functions in policy, risk, and information governance


  • Assist in developing and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework

  • Support research, consultation, and project management for regulatory changes

  • Maintain and oversee records management policies and information governance frameworks

  • Contribute to data protection and compliance with information requests

  • Support the Operational Risk Event Reporting and control environment documentation

  • Provide administrative support for company law oversight and exemptions

  • Participate in working groups and special projects



About You

Bring your analytical skills, collaborative approach, and regulatory expertise to excel in this versatile role


  • Experience in financial services, compliance, regulatory, risk, or audit roles

  • Effective interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and risk identification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Interest in financial services legislation, regulations, and guidance

  • Desire to work towards a relevant professional qualification
