Job Purpose:
Gaming Brand Manager required to formulate and execute a strategic business plan with the aim of launching the brand to the very forefront of the Asian gaming market

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations and marketing activities of the brand to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Launch a new brand to fit with the overall B2B strategy whilst liaising with the Operator to ensure all items of the contract are covered.
Responsible for all marketing & business development

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' industry experience
Minimum 1 years' experience at Senior level in a B2C environment in Asia
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbally)
Understanding of Asian B2C gaming environment with a strong experience in customer acquisition and retention

Job Purpose:
Head of Market Development & Insights required to lead a team responsible for analysing current trends in the Chinese media landscape as well the online gambling market whilst making sure the findings are packaged into actionable recommendations and shared across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a team that will provide valuable and actionable insights from the Chinese market across the business
Establish and manage relationships with agencies to monitor brand health and performance
Help identify growth opportunities from new customer acquisition sources
Provide effective project management for various marketing related projects
Guide and develop the individuals within the team to provide personal growth opportunities both within the team as well as throughout the wider organisation
Provide regular updates to colleagues within the marketing team as well as to the wider business in order to increase the general knowledge of the Chinese media market and new technologies

Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in a media or marketing role targeting Chinese consumers
Experience from the online gambling industry is an advantage
Ability to make insights actionable using accurate data analysis
Ability to lead and develop teams
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Mandarin/Simplified Chinese fluency would be beneficial

Job Purpose:
Head of Affiliates required on a permanent basis to join an e-gaming company to develop the affiliate strategy including partner and customer acquisition, commission scheme optimisation

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the affiliate team, ensuring the right resources are held and that they're utilised optimally
Set clear targets, goals, objectives and KPIs against which staff performance can be effectively monitored and measured
Guide and develop the individuals within the team to provide growth opportunities both within the team as well as throughout the wider organisation
Conduct regular competitor analysis as well as staying on top of trends and developments in the affiliate market in general
Maintain close relationships with leading affiliate partners and look for further opportunities to increase revenue, sales and leads

Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in Affiliation
Experience from the online gambling industry is a strong advantage
Proven ability to drive strategic development
Experience from the Chinese or other far east Asian markets an advantage
Mandarin/Simplified Chinese skills an advantage but no requirement

Job Purpose:
Data Analyst required to join fast paced International racing and sporting events company.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the trading teams who are specialists in world-leading sport and race betting

Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of betting or exchange systems is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be given
Applicants should have strong keyboard skills and excellent mental maths skills, with GCSE B or above
Requires dedicated individuals working with high level of accuracy in pressurised but rewarding environment

Hours & Benefits:
Support is required 24/7, to cover racing in European, Asian and Australian markets. 4 shifts patterns are worked on a monthly rota, 4 days on 3 days off. Excellent benefits package including 2 x discretionary annual bonus and car parking
