Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities, in accordance with legislation and procedures
Liaison with clients and intermediaries
Assisting with the completion of statutory requirements, including filing of annual returns, drafting of minutes and resolutions and annual compliance reviews

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within Corporate and Trust Administration, having some understanding of Trust & Corporate client entities and an interest in developing further knowledge
Though not essential, potentially an applicant may be interested in undertaking study of a relevant professional qualification

Job Purpose:
Funds Administrator required to join a leading corporate and trust service provider to provide an accurate and efficient service to clients, using available specialist resources

Key Responsibilities:
Deal effectively and efficiently with all internal administration matters, complying with all relevant external regulations and internal Company policies and procedures
Ensure that an understanding of key compliance issues is maintained
Liaise with clients and service providers regarding day to day administration queries, such as bank transfers, reconciliation of assets/cash, receipt of documentation, arranging signature of documentation
Maintenance of accounting records and the calculation of net asset value of fund entities in accordance with the relevant offering document
Compile & collate investor application information ensuring all appropriate AML documentation is received in a timely manner
Review & reconciliation of client monies
Process shareholder queries received in a timely & professional manner

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a Funds environment would be beneficial
Strong numerical ability , preferably with A Level Maths
Good communication and inter personal skills

Job Purpose:
A qualified Tax Adviser is required for a leading fiduciary and professional administration services company. Reporting to the Tax Director, the role primarily involves providing compliant, UK tax advice to in-house trustees and directors, as well as professional tax consultancy services to clients. In addition, the role requires day-to-day management of the trust unit and liaison with third party advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurate preparation of UK tax returns by the statutory filing dates, whilst acting as a tax technical adviser, to resolve system or procedural difficulties
Maintain up to date knowledge of tax legislation and current tax practices
Manage and supervise of the team, giving direction and guidance on daily issues, as well as co-ordination of workflow and tasks
Provide accurate, complete and sufficiently detailed technical work

Skills & Experience:
A qualified, Chartered Tax Adviser or an accounting or law qualification is essential
A strong working knowledge of UK tax, in particular the anti-avoidance legislation relating to Income tax and Capital Gains tax and how it affects offshore structures is essential
A strong understanding of inheritance tax and its application to offshore trusts is also essential
Able to assimilate and apply acquired technical tax knowledge
Self-motivated team-player with people management experience, a structured approach to work and the ability to communicate at all levels

Compliance Manager required to join an expanding Fiduciary company, to manage and supervise the work/team reporting into the Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, supervise and work with the team responsible for new business acceptance
On-going review and monitoring of compliance

Qualified and experienced Senior Fiduciary Services professional, with a track record in business development, is sought by a growing International Fiduciary and Fund Services Group. Working as part of the senior leadership team, the role primarily requires the development of new business from both new and existing client relationships and global intermediaries for both the IOM office and wider group. Proficiency in another language could also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing relationships with international new business introducers, including law and accountancy firms and other financial services and wealth management organisations
Working closely with intermediaries, client advisors and the trust and corporate administration teams to identify and fulfil client needs, using solutions offered within the Group, as appropriate
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations

Skills & Experience:
Professionally qualified (STEP, ICSA, ACA/ ACCA), with extensive understanding of offshore structures and wealth planning; recognised as a technical expert both internally and externally
A proven track record in business development within Trust, Fiduciary, Corporate and Fund Services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including oral and presentational skills
Strong leadership, analytical and organisational skills
