Job Purpose:
Experienced Client Accountant, with a previous experience in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts for Companies and Trusts, required by an established professional Trust and Corporate Services company.

Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of the Accounting team, the role requires accounting responsibilities from bookkeeping through to the preparation of financial statements and management accounts, for Companies and Trusts, in a timely manner
Quarterly VAT returns and annual IOM and UK Tax returns and any ad hoc financial client reporting
Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including the client services team, Company Directors, Clients and Auditors

Skills & Experience:

Job Purpose:

Qualified Accountant or Internal Auditor, is sought to join the growing Internal Audit division of an International Financial Services Group. The ideal candidate will conduct planning, fieldwork and reporting activities to ensure the effectiveness of business processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualified Accountant, ACCA/ ACA (or similar) with around 2 years experience, required to provide support to the Finance Manager within a leading egaming software development company. The role requires covering day to day finance functions, ensuring that the company's finance functions and reporting are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and month end preparation, including useful variance analysis
Treasury Management and the review of Fixed Assets, Credit card vendors / reconciliations and Accounts receivable

Job Purpose:
Assistant VAT Consultant required to join an established, international professional services provider to assist in VAT solutions covering transactional and VAT planning advice.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the servicing teams and clients regarding their day-to-day transactions, helping them to maximise clients' VAT position while meeting their compliance obligations in the everyday course of their business transactions.
Undertaking VAT planning to provide reassurance that the VAT treatment of certain projects or business deals are being effectively managed, legitimately minimising the VAT cost to clients' businesses in the Yachting, Aviation, Property, Gaming and Financial Services sectors.

Job Purpose:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ similar) with a number of years PQE experience in work requiring the preparation of accounts to IFRS, is sought for a new role within an International Financial Services Group. The role requires all accounting, tax and reporting responsibilities for a complex client entity including the effective management of the external audit. Previous experience within Client Accounting is essential, with Audit experience being advantageous. The role holder will have exceptional communication skills, being used to working professionally and proactively with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
All day -to-day accounting and tax compliance responsibilities including management of risk within the accounting function for the complex client entity, ensuring the review of processes and that adequate controls are in place
Managing the external audits of various entities to completion, including proactive liaison with external auditors and other intermediaries
Preparation of interim reports including ad hoc financial analysis requests, management accounts and other financial statements in accordance with acceptable standards and within agreed service level agreements
Providing guidance on decision making functions for the client entities within the group's structure, including work on types of investments held

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ ACCA qualified, with extensive Accounts preparation experience in work to date and strong IFRS knowledge; will have worked within Client accounting and ideally, Audit
Proactive and professional approach, with strong communication skills and excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experienced in developing positive working relationships with internal stakeholders across the International business, as well as intermediaries, external auditors and other external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
