Job Purpose:
Marketing Assistant required to join a global financial Services organisation, the role holder will focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the company brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Website maintenance and development to build online presence.
Plan and develop engaging content to maintain and grow social media channels.
Assisting to organise and deliver the firm's events programme.
Providing support to the firm's sponsorship commitments.
Drafting press releases and monitoring press coverage.
Execution of email marketing communications.
Administration of data entry to the CRM system & maintaining data standards.
Undertaking design projects, including proposals, presentations, reports, visual content for use online, literature or adverts.
Monitoring and maintaining branded merchandise stocks.
Monitoring and contributing to marketing reporting.
Keeping up to date with global brand guidelines and resources to ensure brand compliance.
Provide support and assistance to other marketing projects where required.

Skills & Experience:
5 GCSE's Grade C or above including Maths and English.
Marketing qualification desirable, but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
Enthusiastic and innovative.
Competent user of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
Experience of Adobe CC would be advantageous.

Hours & Benefits:
Salary dependent on previous experience to include a company benefits package.
Core hours 9am- 5.30pm.
