Business Analyst required to enable change within an International Banking Organisation through understanding business/project objectives, defining requirements and supporting the identification of solutions that deliver value to the stakeholder. Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:
An experienced Project Manager is required to Join an International Bank on an initial 6 month contract. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the project(s) scope within time, cost, quality and management of the associated risk profile. They will also be responsible for the monitoring of performance of their team when applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and take ownership for all project plans/controls and resource plans, progress reporting on plans/controls and resource requirements and ensures the plan is in line with any wider programme plans/controls.
Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
Lead and define a Project Initiation Document (PID) ensuring that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to the company's strategic goals.
Analyse Problem & Opportunity Statements and prepares estimates for approval.
Support the creation of a Financial Business Case.
Track and report on project costs and ensures the project is completed within allotted budgets.
Ensure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed Governance Framework.
Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions and at different levels of hierarchy, including respective Technology or Business Project Managers.
Ensure that services or products required for project delivery are acquired to schedule and are of high quality.

Job Purpose:
Programme Officer is required to join an International Bank on an initial 6 month contract to improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form. You will be responsible for supporting the project governance and control including tracking the performance and progress of projects, project financial control and adoption and compliance, with bank-wide change standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands-on delivery support to a programme or project.
Facilitate the creation and update of programme or project plans as required by the Programme/ Project Manager.
Support in the identification of where cross-project dependencies exist and track/ monitor these in support of the Programme/ Project Manager.
Support the Programme/Project Management in the implementation of agreed regular progress-reporting mechanisms for all projects and thereby monitor routine progress of projects, and assist the Programme/ Project Manager in the preparation of the programme status/ project highlights reports.

Job Purpose:
Business Analyst required to join a Global Banking Group on an initial 6 month contract basis. The role holder will be required to define and support Projects and/or Service sustaining deliveries aligned to business strategy, which enable benefits to be achieved on a cross functional business basis.

Key Responsibilities:
The role holder will partner with the Change Manager and Programme Manager to drive the successful delivery of the work stream / project and work with the organisation and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff projects, establish governance, and define target solutions.
Be responsible for creating communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders and actively manage day to day activities while ensuring delivery accountability is in place across the whole project.
Work with the PMO to support initiative as necessary; creation & maintenance of detailed project plans covering all deliverables (process, people, IT, control) and dependencies while actively assessing and managing risk; removing / reducing barriers towards realising goals, ensuring mitigation actions are in place & managed.
Deliver status reporting by providing visibility on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues and will have to coordinate direct and matrix management of internal and third party resources.

Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and oral communication
The candidate should have strong change management and stakeholder management skills and experience of control environment processes with a banking environment.
It is essential that the candidate would have strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel skills and be Lean Trained / aware of Lean and Continuous Improvement.
Experience of wealth management is preferred for this role as is the use of Agile as a methodology.

Testing/Analytical skills - Thinking Interprets quantitative and qualitative information to achieve a business-related objective. Produces effective solutions to complex problems. Identifies underlying trends and issues and does not always stop at initial answer. Systematic and logical.
Ability to demonstrate AGILE strategy.
Basic SQL Skills.

Job Purpose:
Experienced Test Analyst required to join a leading International Life Assurance on a long term contract basis. The role holder will be responsible for working with the Developers and Business Analysts to plan, document and execute robust testing in order to enhance the delivery of online and back office applications to meet strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Creation of test scenarios, cases and plans for projects and individual BAU support JIRAs.
Liaise with Project Team including Project Manager, Developer and Business Analyst.
Coordinate and review test documentation.

Input and implementation to test framework and processes.

Be experienced in the specification, design and production of testing documentation.
Understand the importance of logging, analysing and reporting bugs/incidents.
Interact easily with users, developers and managers.
Have sufficient critical faculty to assess test and development activities and suggest improvements.
