Job Purpose:
A large Trust & Corporate Service Provider based in central Douglas are seeking an experienced Client Accountant on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will undertake the preparation of trust and company accounts and bookkeeping for clients, and to assist with the day to day running of the Client Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurate preparation of trust and company accounts
Bookkeeping for trust and company clients
Co-ordination and management of day to day workflow, tasks and matters arising
Manage and supervise team to required standards

Skills & Experience:
Qualified ACA or ACCA
Recent experience in a similar TCSP role is essential
Trust and company accounts preparation experience 
Current technical accountancy knowledge

Full time, core business hours - salary in line with experience
 

Job Purpose:  
Client Service Manager required to join an established International Fiduciary Services Group on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities: 
Managing an active portfolio of private client entities
Experienced in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Used to fulfilling administration and statutory responsibilities for an active portfolio

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience within Trust & Company Administration, ideally at a Senior Administration level 
Potentially applicants will be professionally qualified or be interested in completing their studies, but extensive industry experience will also be considered
Previous blockchain experience would be advantageous
Excellent client relationship management skills and used to both working as part of a team and liaising with key internal stakeholders
Strong administration background and regulatory understanding with a tax awareness

Job Purpose:
Experienced Client Administrator required to administer a portfolio of client companies with a very mixed portfolio of structures, consisting of investments, timeshares, trusts and property, ensuring compliance with trust deeds, articles of association, regulatory requirements, corporate governance and company law. In addition to this you will assist in the administration of the Aviation companies and support the needs of the Aviation team.

Key Responsibilities:
New business on boarding
Involvement with company incorporations, dissolutions, Annual Returns and Beneficial Ownership Register
Act as a Director or Authorised Signatory on client companies (subject to FSC approval)
Prepare and review client company board minutes and agreements
Presenting at client board meetings
Preparation of VAT applications and subsequent VAT related tasks

Skills & Experience:
Holds or working towards an industry recognised industry qualification
Experience of administering complex company structures and a broad range of portfolios
Experience of working with clients who are high net worth individuals and their private offices
Understanding of the Isle of Man?£?s corporate governance regime and UK tax matters

Hours & Benefits:
Central Douglas based employer, 35 hours per week, contract with potential of permanent appointment
