Job Purpose:
An experienced Trust & Corporate Services professional is sought to join a boutique Fiduciary Services Provider as a member of Key staff. The successful applicant will work autonomously, as part of a small team, initially administering all aspects of a portfolio of client entities, but also having the potential for future career development and wider business and client management responsibilities, including travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Broad administration requirements of a portfolio of trusts and companies
Key staff approved to act as Director on client entities
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and professional advisers / intermediaries
Ensuring that work is undertaken in accordance with regulatory standards, including timely performance of annual reviews
Working proactively and autonomously as well as part of a small, professional team; reporting to and working with the Directors

Skills & Experience:
A number of years Trust and Corporate Services experience is expected, which will include extensive technical industry understanding and knowledge of IOM regulations, particularly AML/CFT
Qualified by experience or part /fully ICSA/STEP qualified (studies would be encouraged and supported)
Currently or able to become, Key Staff approved
Enthusiastic and proactive approach, used to working both independently as well as part of a small team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
It would be advantageous to have knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting, although this is not essential

Highly experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator, with up to 10 years industry experience, is required for a new role with a property administration focus within an established International Fiduciary Services Group. The role will involve working with a key Group client on property transactions, undertaking the associated administration responsibilities and previous in-depth experience of this work is considered essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing an active portfolio of client entities, with a significant property focus
Experienced in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Used to fulfilling administration and statutory responsibilities for an active portfolio

Skills & Experience:
A number of years experience within Trust & Company Administration, ideally at a Senior Administration level to include significant experience of managing an active property portfolio
Potentially applicants will be professionally qualified or be interested in completing their studies, but extensive industry experience will also be considered

Job Purpose:
An onboarding and compliance administrator is required to join the team of a growing Trust & Corporate Service Provider. The role requires a working knowledge of AML/ CFT regulations gained form working within the New Business team of a Trust and Corporate Service provider. Some general Trust & Company Administration work will also be required.

Key Responsibilities:
New business onboarding and compliance matters.
Trust & Company Administration work with, and in support of, a team.
Assisting Directors of the company, as required, including work with eGaming clients.

Skills & Experience:
Around 2 years experience within AML/ CFT work within Trust and Corporate Services, ideally within the New Business team of Fiduciary Service Provider.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, used to liaising with clients.
Comfortable working in a small team environment, supporting colleagues and Directors as required and undertaking varied role responsibilities.
Strong organisational skills with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
Previous experience within Trust & Corporate Services would be advantageous.

Job Purpose:
Experienced Corporate & Trust Administrator with understanding of corporate, trust and foundation clients, is required to effectively manage a diverse portfolio within a small and growing Fiduciary Services team in the North of the Island.

Key Responsibilities:
Administering Companies and Foundations that hold a variety of assets, including residential and commercial property and private yachts
Providing excellent customer service to clients and intermediaries
Keeping accurate records and managing invoicing and debtors
Preparing and filing statutory documents and Formation and Dissolution procedures
Bookkeeping for client entities

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within Corporate and Trust Administration, ideally having upwards of 2 years industry experience

Job Purpose:
Qualified (ICSA, STEP or other) and highly experienced Senior Fiduciary Client Services Manager is required to act as a relationship lead for a portfolio of HNW clients holding international Trust & Company structures, within a leading International Financial Services Group. Applicants should have extensive experience of managing complex structures and a diverse range of asset classes, globally. They will combine a proactive and professional approach, with comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial transactions, with associated travel being required.

Key Responsibilities:
Effective relationship management of a portfolio of HNW clients holding complex international trust and company structures, covering multiple asset classes, globally
Provision of a consistent first class service for clients and advisors, in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Client and intermediary meetings, involving travel and the cross selling of diverse company services; potentially also utilising an individual's existing professional network
Acting as a director for client companies and assisting with the development of new products, as required
Likely to include the management of some client service teams, in future

Skills & Experience:

Job Purpose:
Senior Trust and Company Administrator, with upwards of 5 years experience is sought by a growing International Fiduciary Service Provider. Candidates will ideally be ICSA/ STEP qualified or alternatively be qualified through experience and will fulfil Key Person responsibilities. This role can be fulfilled on a full time (37.5 hours) or slightly reduced hours basis, upwards of 33 hours a week. Applicants will have Senior Administration experience in the management and administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities, with strong statutory and regulatory understanding to include FATCA and CRS and with a positive track record in client relationship management.

Job Purpose:
The experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator will be part of a team based in the South of the island, delivering effective and efficient trust and corporate administration services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for a diverse and complex portfolio of trusts, companies and partnerships including:
Undertaking all day to day administration, bookkeeping and minutes Liaison with clients and intermediaries, attending client meetings as required
Conducting investment and annual reviews
Reviewing Bookkeeping records and preparing accounts files to allow for preparation of year-end accounts

Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience in the administration of trusts and international companies.

Organised, proactive and positive approach.
Experienced in developing strong professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
