Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone, opening daily post
Meet and greet visitors
Send client invoices, ensure client funds availability, arrange settlement of invoices
Annual return generation/Annual declaration submissions

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within an office environment is essential

Job Purpose:
A Trust & Company Administrator is required for a growing CSP, to administer a portfolio of clients, liaising with banks, brokers and other relevant parties involved in the client relationship

Key Responsibilities:
Have a clear understanding of all clients, including their overall relationships within structures, and with regard to jurisdictional and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate a basic understanding of any regulatory changes
Compliance with all statutory requirements including filing of annual returns (AR) and ensure all client entities within own portfolio of clients are in good standing
Monitor client cash flow, and assist with invoicing tasks and chase debts to strict deadlines
Drafting and finalising board minutes, resolutions and agendas as required
Completion of annual compliance reviews including resolution of all outstanding action points
Assist with specific transactions including sale and purchase of assets, investments and other corporate changes

Skills & Experience:
Professional qualification (ICSA or STEP) is preferred, part-qualified will be considered
Experience managing own portfolio of clients

Job Purpose:
Compliance Administrator required to join the Compliance Department of a Chartered Accountants to oversee the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of the set-up of new clients, ensuring acceptable client due diligence (CDD) has been provided
Prepare annual returns for the firm's in-house companies and other company secretarial submissions
Assist with project work assigned to the Compliance department and lead own projects as required
Review marketing materials prior to public release
Help co-ordinate board meetings, including agenda and initial board pack preparation

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within an office environment with a basic understanding of compliance and its function

Job Purpose:
A qualified Tax Adviser is required for a leading fiduciary and professional administration services company. Reporting to the Tax Director, the role primarily involves providing compliant, UK tax advice to in-house trustees and directors, as well as professional tax consultancy services to clients. In addition, the role requires day-to-day management of the trust unit and liaison with third party advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurate preparation of UK tax returns by the statutory filing dates, whilst acting as a tax technical adviser, to resolve system or procedural difficulties
Maintain up to date knowledge of tax legislation and current tax practices
Manage and supervise of the team, giving direction and guidance on daily issues, as well as co-ordination of workflow and tasks
Provide accurate, complete and sufficiently detailed technical work

Skills & Experience:
A qualified, Chartered Tax Adviser or an accounting or law qualification is essential
A strong working knowledge of UK tax, in particular the anti-avoidance legislation relating to Income tax and Capital Gains tax and how it affects offshore structures is essential
A strong understanding of inheritance tax and its application to offshore trusts is also essential
Able to assimilate and apply acquired technical tax knowledge
