Job Purpose:
Senior Trust and Company Administrator, with upwards of 5 years experience is sought by a growing International Fiduciary Service Provider. Candidates will ideally be ICSA/ STEP qualified or alternatively be qualified through experience and will fulfil Key Person responsibilities. This role can be fulfilled on a full time (37.5 hours) or slightly reduced hours basis, upwards of 33 hours a week. Applicants will have Senior Administration experience in the management and administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities, with strong statutory and regulatory understanding to include FATCA and CRS and with a positive track record in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
The proactive and professional administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities, to include awareness of evolving regulatory and other matters and their impact upon client structures
Keeping accurate and up to date records in accordance with appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Key Person responsibilities within the team and signatory on client entity bank accounts, if requested
Strong client relationship management skills, experienced in liaising with clients and third parties
Experienced in managing chargeable time, invoicing and the timely payment of fees

Skills & Experience:
Experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator, with around 5 years experience in a similar role
Either qualified by experience, studying towards or having completed a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA
Key Person responsibilities and signatory on client entity bank accounts, if requested
Excellent communication and organisational skills, used to working autonomously as well as part of a team and developing strong client relationships
Maintains up to date knowledge of appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements

Hours & Benefits:
37.5 hours a week, although applicants seeking upwards of 33 hours a week, may also be considered. Highly competitive salary and benefits package, dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Job Purpose:
Assistant VAT Consultant required to join an established, international professional services provider to assist in VAT solutions covering transactional and VAT planning advice.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the servicing teams and clients regarding their day-to-day transactions, helping them to maximise clients' VAT position while meeting their compliance obligations in the everyday course of their business transactions.
Undertaking VAT planning to provide reassurance that the VAT treatment of certain projects or business deals are being effectively managed, legitimately minimising the VAT cost to clients' businesses in the Yachting, Aviation, Property, Gaming and Financial Services sectors.
Delivering a range of VAT training packages as required, tailored to specific requirements and the circumstances of clients and their businesses - as workshops or more detailed one-to-one training.
Carrying out VAT health checks and return reviews as required.
Attendance at VAT authorities' visits.
VAT penalty negotiation and mitigation.
General correspondence with VAT and customs authorities.
Representing the VAT Director at VAT and other meetings when required.
Working with the VAT Director to generate new business and develop new initiatives / strategies.
Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection where appropriate.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post.

Skills & Experience:
Ideally ATT qualified.
In-depth understanding of European VAT rules and legislation.
Trusted to undertake the careful analysis required to determine the relationships between relevant parties and the nature of goods or services supplied in order to ensure the VAT costs the client pays are accurate.

Able to co-ordinate, collaborate with, use staff resources effectively.

Job Purpose:
An experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator is sought to join a proactive Fiduciary team of an International Financial Services Group. Ideally the applicant will already be STEP or ICSA qualified, or be interested in completing their studies. The role requires the management of a broad portfolio of client entities, maintaining company records and requiring strong technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
All aspects of administration of multi-jurisdictional trust and companies, including maintaining accurate records.
Professional liaison with clients, professional advisors and other third parties.
Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory procedures, to include risk and client reviews.

Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience in the administration of trusts and international companies.
Ideally already professionally qualified (STEP/ICSA) or interested to complete studies, although relevant experience may also be considered.
Strong technical knowledge and experience to include AML and other regulatory matters
Organised, proactive and positive approach.
Experienced in developing strong professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Hours & Benefits:
37.5 hours a week, market rate salary in line with experience and qualifications and plus benefits.

Job Purpose:
Highly experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator, with up to 10 years industry experience, is required for a new role with a property administration focus within an established International Fiduciary Services Group. The role will involve working with a key Group client on property transactions, undertaking the associated administration responsibilities and previous in-depth experience of this work is considered essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing an active portfolio of client entities, with a significant property focus.
Experienced in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Used to fulfilling administration and statutory responsibilities for an active portfolio.

Skills & Experience:
A number of years experience within Trust & Company Administration, ideally at a Senior Administration level to include significant experience of managing an active property portfolio.
Potentially applicants will be professionally qualified or be interested in completing their studies, but extensive industry experience will also be considered.
Excellent client relationship management skills and used to both working as part of a team and liaising with key internal stakeholders.
Strong administration background and regulatory understanding.

Job Purpose:
The experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator will be part of a team based in the South of the island, delivering effective and efficient trust and corporate administration services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for a diverse and complex portfolio of trusts, companies and partnerships including:
Undertaking all day to day administration, bookkeeping and minutes Liaison with clients and intermediaries, attending client meetings as required.
Conducting investment and annual reviews.
Reviewing Bookkeeping records and preparing accounts files to allow for preparation of year-end accounts.
Responsibility for client billing and debt collection.

Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience within a Fiduciary Services. Administration Applicants are expected to be working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP. Strong communication and organisational skills, experienced in building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Positive approach, should be used to working both independently as well as part of a team.
