Job Purpose:
An experienced Technical Support Engineer is sought by an eGaming company on a permanent basis. Based in central Douglas, the role holder will support a busy team of traders, providing and assisting with their IT needs and requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware operating systems and applications
Maintaining systems and networks
Responding to both internal staff and external client IT queries
Providing full on-site IT support

Skills & Experience:
Previous practical experience with IT Security, Remote Access and Site to Site VPNs, Disaster Recovery, Microsoft Server technology
Ideally holding a CCNA/MCP certification
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with staff at all levels
A genuine interest and aptitude for IT

Hours & Benefits:
