Your core responsibilities will include:
Provide banking and payments expertise to colleagues and business partners
Investigate and answer payment related queries from internal teams and external banking partners
Maintain strong working relationships with banks, business partners and colleagues across the business, be able to communicate effectively on payment processes both verbally and in writing
Assume responsibility for the set up and administration of clients' bank accounts with a range of different banks and payment service providers in different currencies and jurisdictions
