A UI/UX Designer is sought to join the Marketing Department of a global, financial services business based in the Isle of Man. Reporting to the On-Line Services Manager the successful candidate will play a leading role in designing a wide variety of intuitive online user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
research business requirements and system capabilities for a variety of web and app developments
taking this research to create wireframes, storyboards, user journeys and process flows
design and then build prototype solutions
work closely with the development team in the build process
carry out user research and evaluate user feedback to test the end design is successful

Skills & Experience:
strong experience in creating and implementing UI Design
able to demonstrate proficiency with visual design programmes such as Sketch, Adobe CC or Axure RP
experience in being a lead role in creating storyboards, site mapping and prototyping
experience of playing a significant role in all phases of the design process in a major piece of development, from discovery, through design, into development and release
a track record of gathering and evaluating user feedback post launch.

Job Purpose:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Database Administrator to join a growing, successful e-gaming company to be either be based on the Isle of Man or their London office. The successful applicant will improve performance on various databases by investigating and fine-tuning processes, database objects, data flows and architecture around the database and web server

Key Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, upgrade and patch management
Backup and recovery - develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
Develop and maintain maintenance plans
Database security - encryption and permissions
Future proofing/capacity planning - keep up to date with new technologies and raise/provide recommendation where applicable

Skills & Experience:

Job Purpose:
Database Analyst required within a life organisation to put in place and aid in the enforcement of a strategy for developing and maintaining UWS databases and ensure the acceptable performance, stability, availability and governance of those databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Database performance - Play an influential role in monitoring and tuning of UWS databases to ensure performant and operational databases. Report and advise on performance bottlenecks and suggested solutions
Operations and Support - Resolve systems issues related to database malfunction Document issues and analyse usage in order to put in place preventative measures to reduce downtime
