Job Purpose:
Assisting the Group Financial Controller of an established Payroll Services group, the successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of financial management, regulatory and financial reporting, including the production of Management Accounts, preparation of VAT and Tax returns and preparation of statutory accounts. Ideally applicants will be ACCA/ACA qualified also having a good knowledge of IOM and UK companies

Key Responsibilities:
Production of Management Accounts and Statutory accounts
Preparation of VAT and Tax returns
Assisting with the leadership of the Management Accounts Team, including the training and development of staff and review of work

Skills & Experience:
Ideally qualified ACCA/ACA (or similar)

Experienced in managing diverse general accounting duties including ad hoc project work and assisting with the leadership of the Management Account team

Job Purpose:
Senior Service Manager required to join a Telecommunications organisation. Based on the Isle of Man the main function of the role is to lead the enterprise service management function, managing the team across the Channel islands and the Isle of Man

Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Sales Director lead the enterprise Service Management Function
Review and improve existing Service Management capabilities and approach
Ensure there is a common approach on processes, templates, file structure and customer communication schedules across multi jurisdictions

Job Purpose:
Service manager required to join a telecommunications organisation, the role holder will ensure that all enterprise customer facing matters relating to the provision of new services, fault and problem management are` on boarded' or resolved satisfactorily

Key Responsibilities:
Meet with a portfolio of customers on an agreed meeting schedule and perform service management reviews with them
Work alongside Enterprise account directors and their clients in providing first class service to clients
Co-ordinate work with service delivery team on the progress of installations and equipment requests

Job Purpose:
Assistant VAT Consultant required to join an established, international professional services provider to assist in VAT solutions covering transactional and VAT planning advice.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the servicing teams and clients regarding their day-to-day transactions, helping them to maximise clients' VAT position while meeting their compliance obligations in the everyday course of their business transactions.

Litigation Manager required to join a Life Assurance organisation based in Douglas.
