Accounts Assistant - Reduced Hours, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
Experienced Accounts Assistant with previous experience of reconciliations, payments and bookkeeping is sought to join the team of a Financial Services provider. The role will also require the preparation of extended trial balances and draft financial statements, but support and training in these areas can be provided if these responsibilities haven't been fulfilled previously.

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day accounting and other administrative duties, with work including reconciliations of bank accounts and preparation of payments
Bookkeeping and the preparation of extended trial balances, including reconciling balance sheet accounts and agreeing year end valuations
Preparation of draft financial statements for review by Manager, with the processing of any amendments where required

Skills & Experience:
Experienced in reconciliations, payment and bookkeeping, having previously work within financial services/ accounting
Good communication skills, used to working as part of a small team and liaising with clients
Experienced in managing deadlines and client expectations

Hours & Benefits:
Part time hours (minimum 20 hours a week), market rate salary plus benefits
