Agency Sales Business Development Manager, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
An experienced Agency Sales Business Development Manager is required for an established contractor payroll organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate profitable, new business relationships with UK based Agency consultants, owners and introducers
Undertake face to face meetings with existing partners in the UK (monthly travel will be required)
Find the most appropriate solution to match clients' needs
Manage lead pipeline and create your own leads, managing workflow and priorities through to sale
Manage aftersales relationships to retain your clients and develop cross selling/referral opportunities
Spot improvements - monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products etc. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy
Monitor competitor landscape regarding pricing and products and recommend changes in products, service, and policy

Skills & Experience:
Professional and knowledgeable with excellent prospecting, relationship management and sales skills
Confident, credible and highly motivated to exceed sales targets
Knowledge of, or previous experience in UK Contractor/Agency Sectors is essential
Knowledge of, or previous experience in Tax, Umbrella, CIS and Limited Company structures is essential
