Banking Operations Apprentice, Contract, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
A Banking Office Apprentice is required for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be part of a busy team primarily involved in the account opening process, account maintenance, data integrity and anti-money laundering regulations ensuring that internal and external clients are supported to the highest level whilst working to agreed service level agreements. This role will allow for the successful candidate to study towards a recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
Input new accounts in to the main system.
Open additional/Secondary accounts.
Static data amendments.
Internet checks and searches/KYC.
The filing of daily work for offsite storage.
Sort/distribute files for the Audit Report.
Assist with special projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience:
Good level of skill in the use of standard Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to deal with administrative duties in connection with account opening and static data amendments accurately and efficiently, paying particular attention to fine detail and in line with service standards set.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C.
