There is a great opportunity to join an international bank as a Corporate Services Officer. Actively participating in initiatives to improve customer service, processes and procedures, you’ll be providing crucial support to the bank’s customers and colleagues.

The Role…

Working in the Corporate Services team, you will:

  • Respond to and investigate queries, providing support on business processes, policies and procedures
  • Develop an understanding of customer and business needs in order to suggest improvements and increase efficiency
  • Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvements to enhance the bank’s efficiency
  • Keep accurate records of day to day operations, logging incidents and identifying trends
  • Review manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced
  • Commit to improving customer service and experience

About You…

To excel in this role, our client needs an organised individual with an eye for detail; you will also need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, analysing and using performance data
  • Familiar with processing international payments
  • An understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics
  • Great communication skills, able to convey information in a simple and understandable way
