Customer Service Officer, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An international bank is hiring individuals to join its Customer Service team as Personal Bankers. You’ll be providing integral guidance to customers in order to enhance their banking experience with outstanding service.

The Role…

Day to day, your role will involve:

  • Chatting with customers in order to understand and help with their banking needs
  • Completing general banking requests, such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers
  • Informing customers of the wide range of services on offer, guiding them through the various ways through which they can utilise the bank’s services
  • Identifying opportunities to help customers with financial products, collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience

About You…

Above all, our client needs a confident communicator who can embrace their customer-facing role. You’ll also need:

  • Extensive previous experience in customer facing environments
  • Motivation to continuously improve standards for customers
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
